During our six nights in Costa Rica, immersion and integration move in deliberate rhythm.
Mornings begin in stillness or guided meditation, allowing the nervous system to settle and prepare.
Midday holds embodied Chakradance™ journeys — the heart of the work.
Afternoons open into nature, quiet reflection, journaling, or rest.
One complimentary spa experience supports restoration, with additional treatments available for deeper integration.
One full day is devoted to a guided excursion through Costa Rica’s waterfalls, volcanic terrain, and wildlife — allowing the outer landscape to mirror the inner transformation.
