What This Looks Like In Real Life
Before Chakradance™, the awareness I had gained from inner work simply wasn’t creating real change in my life. That began to shift when I started working in the body. I remember one experience clearly.
After a Sacral Chakra journey, I began to notice something I had never fully seen before—how often I was reacting from a younger, more insecure part of myself. It wasn’t subtle. I could hear it in my voice. I could feel it in my reactions.
And for the first time, I had a choice. Instead of getting pulled into that reaction, I could pause and ask: “How would I respond from the woman I am now?” And that shift changed everything.
In another part of the work, as I opened my Throat Chakra, I connected with my own authenticity. I stopped filtering everything through “Will this help me be liked?” And started expressing what I actually felt. What I actually needed. Who I actually was.
And my relationships didn’t fall apart. They deepened.
